As we know, Windows 10 is included so many apps and bloatware, like (Messaging, Mobile Plan and More), and many people didn't use them. 

And this is How To Check Start Menu Items In Windows 10!

First, open Windows Powershell as Administrator.

And after that, enter this command and click enter : 

Get-StartApps | measure

Then, you will see, i have 128 Items on Star Menu.

Note : The value of count this represents the number of items that you have in the Start menu
